My primary goals are to stay in good shape for as long as I live, to have close enduring relationships, and have a wide variety of life experiences, all while largely enjoying myself, and the following habits help stay the course:

Generally up by 6 am
Healthy breakfast unless fasting
Several cups of green/white tea throughout the day, phasing in loose leaf variety
Eat several servings of wild salmon per week
Eat slowly, chewing 30+ times per bite, stopping when satisfied
Healthy version of moderate carb diet, plenty of raw/steamed foods, plus dark chocolate
Fast at least 1 day per week (something I’ve done since my early teens, excepting the occasional break)

Do 7-10+ chin-ups, but not to failure
Practice handstands
Floss

Visit and hug mom, dad, and grandmother daily when in town
Talk with girlfriend at least one hour per night, plus regular weekend visits
Read 2+ books per week
Stick to taking in media that reinforces who I choose to be

Meditate (a semi-regular habit since age 8)
Flexible biphasic sleep schedule, generally 3-4.5 hours per night, 5-90 minutes during day
Lucid dreaming

Walk or ride bike in lieu of car whenever convenient
Breathe slowly and deeply
Smile and laugh regularly
Listen

Something new I’m trying out:
Jump on trampoline 10+ minutes per day
