Nice collection. In looking over it, I find I either do or have done most of them, except for the fruit juice part. Also in line with Greki, though I spent a few years not watching any tv I currently enjoy some shows off the Science, National Geographic, and Travel channels, viewed via a digital video recorder so I can skip the commercials. It seemed somewhat odd that you'd describe slowing down brainwaves as a bad thing in and of itself, as that's also part of what meditation does.
