I believe most of them are common sense, but it is very nice!
I have to comment on the number 18, though. Yes, it is good to avoid stress but I rather believe that instead of avoiding it, it is better to learn how to manage it. I think it's like exercise, the more you practice at managing your stress, the stronger you get.
On the T.V. comment. Before I discovered reading, all the thoughtfull stuff that I learned was from watching Anime (Japanese cartoons), so I don't think that everything on the T.V. is harmful. It just depends on what you're watching.
Anyway, overall I think your suggestions are very good. Great job!
