Knowledge vs. Instinct Some months before I watched the very mentioned video of "The Secret". I believe that it is very helpful for many people, however in my case it was slightly different. You see, I tend to over-think subjects that do interest me. I don't think that's a bad thing, as I get to notice a lot of stuff that a lot of people don't get to see, but sometimes it can get in the way.
Anyway, the point is that I always knew, ever since I started practicing Karate when I was on 8th year (I believe it is known at in USA, here it is known as Second year of Middle-High) I believed instictively, or rather, subconsciously that whatever I proposed myself to do I could do.
Well, ever since I saw that video, I became conscious of this ability. And then suddenly I stopped thinking that way, because I tried to think that way. I tried to force myself to think that way even though I already could, and the fact that I became conscious of this matter made me over-analyze this subject. So I am asking, is it really better to know The Secret, or wait for people to learn it subconsciously?
