I would say that you are wanting to change your general philosophy. There isn't a site that helps you learn to give up control, you have to work on doing it yourself.
Giving up control doesn't mean giving up on holding people accountable. Tell your staff the main goals you want them to achieve and then hold them accountable for doing so.
