hey guys,

im wondering if any of you have any advice or website/group/book recommendations on how to sell high-value software business-to-business? i'm currently helping my dad out with his software business. the product is a set of highly automated tools for software development, testing, and QA.

currently im soaking in all the knowledge i can get before preparing to take on debt/equity financing and help manage/grow the business. any help is appreciated!
