Cool Practicing your intuition

In my experience, intuition and worry are two distinctly different feeling, even though it is common to feel both at once. Most of the time you worry, it is likely to just be worry, accompanied of many thoughts of things to be worried about. Intuition is often a much quieter feeling (except for the very rare times its screaming at you) and is often overshadowed by other feelings.

If you want to tune into your psychic intuition, I think its best to practice listening for it in situations that won't cause strong feelings. In my high school years, I'd occasionally get a deck of cards and turn the card over one by one, paying attention to what numbers, suits and or colour comes to mind. Sometimes a certain card would pop up clearly in my head, and sure enough that card was the next one turned. By the time I turned 18, this practice gave me a slight edge at the blackjack table

I've found that if I experienced both at the same time, I'd feel the psychic intuition first, followed by the worry. That actually makes sense logically as well, since the intuition is more likely to trigger the worry rather than the other way around. I also find that I'm worried about a specific thing happening, instead of range of possibilities.

Regards,
From Shannan
