Drinking Alcohol on a raw food diet?
Does anyone have any experience drinking alcohol while following a raw food diet? I'm thinking it would take much less alcohol to feel the effects of said alcohol, than it would while eating a much denser, typical SAD diet. I wonder also, if one would suffer a more debilitating hangover as well?, and would one then be able to "cure" said hangover much easier following the raw food diet? I'm betting you would not suffer the hangover as long due to all the yummy water filled fruits you would be eating.
Right now I am probably eating an 80% raw diet and haven't really had any alcoholic drinks since I have been eating this way. I'm planning on taking a trip to Mexico in the not to distant future, and I will no doubt be partaking of a few (see many) cold ones while I'm there. Just wondering what to expect...
