First of all, I don't understand why you would want to be God. but I guess that's an irrelevant question for me to ask, because I don't even believe in God in the traditional Christian sense.
In other words: I don't believe that "God" is responsible for the unfortunate events that happen in people's lives. I think those events exist to teach us very valuable life lessons. You can't blame "bad things" on anyone else or any higher entity. They just happen.
I've met so many girls just like you... and I've seen so many of them transform since we first met. The majority of them have suffered from life-threatening eating disorders, sexual abuse, sexual assault, depression, intense perfectionism, ADHD, bipolar disorder, self-injury, PTSD, low self-esteem, and other similar issues. These struggles are not unique to your situation-- they're actually ridiculously common. Everyone has their own "story."
But the point is that you shouldn't use those labels to determine your fate and your future. You can choose to heal that pain, and use your experiences to help
other people transform.

Maybe you should look into a career where you can give back, and help people who've been through similar struggles... ?

And what therapy do you suggest my therapist use on me to correct this problem?

^I think that one of the most effective techniques is
solution-focused therapy. ...I think it creates quicker results.

My advice is - become God in your life. Do his job. Make your life a masterpiece.

you can live feeling a lot better about your life if you throw away the duality and see that such concepts are relative and have no real meaning.

^agreed.
Stop thinking of yourself as the victim, and choose to become the master of
your own life.
