Before anybody asks, I want to clarify one point.

Your actions can also attract events and circumstances. This is because thoughts attract event and circumstances, and action is a form of thought.

Thus if you take a lot of action on a particular goal, such action may itself attract events and circumstances that support that goal.

As usual, what events and circumstances your actions attract, are subject to the usual LOA rules, such as whether your actions are focused on the thing you want, or the lack of it; and whether your actions are performed with positive or negative emotion.

A small, recent example from me. Nothing dramatic, and nothing as exciting as some of my past examples. But perhaps it will be interesting for some of you. For more details, as recorded on my blog in late December and early January, click here:

Me The Grass Eater.

In late December 2007, I decided that I would start eating more healthily. However, I don't really know much about nutrition. I started thinking that I would first have to educate myself - among other things, I thought I would surf the Internet for info and also I would need to get a good, thick book about nutrition, to read up.

On 10 January, I bought a book on nutrition. Nothing strange - I was in a bookstore, I saw a nutrition book, I bought it. This follows, very obviously, from my own intention to get more information about nutrition. You can regard my book purchase as a simple example of "taking action" on a goal - I want to eat healthily, so one of my first few steps is that I take action (by buying a book) to get information on how to eat healthily.

Funnily enough, on that very same day, my wife met someone who works at my kids' school. They don't even know each other very well. But somehow they started talking about children's health, and then the person started saying that proper nutrition is very important for kids, and then the person said that it's important for everyone, not just kids ....

... and then the person just suddenly pulled out a brand new copy of a book on nutrition and GAVE it to my wife for free (it doesn't look cheap either). So my wife went home that day, and I said to her:

"Hey I bought a book today, it's about nutrition"

and she said, "Hey what a coincidence, someone suddenly gave me a free book today, and it's also about nutrition"

and so, that day, two new, thick, good nutrition books suddenly arrived in my reality, completely fulfiling my intention to get all the information I need about how to eat healthily.

My actions had everything to do with the arrival of one book.
My actions had nothing to do with the arrival of the other book.
But I believe that my thoughts had everything to do with the arrival of both books.

Now of course, some of you will say that this is just a coincidence. Plain fact is that in the past 2 years, so many positive coincidences have popped up in response to my positive thoughts, that it's just staggering.

I wish you guys would just try it out for yourselves. At one point, my wife seriously thought I might be going a bit crazy. Then she started trying it out herself, and wow, she got results too. Now she is such a great manifestator herself. The kind of intentions she chooses are often quite different from the kind of intentions I choose, and it is gratifying for me to see that LOA works for ALL kinds of intentions, as long as enough thought is supplied and it's positive.

(You should see the way she manifests taxis - she's stuck in a queue with six people in front of her - but she manifests for her instant taxi anyway. Next moment, two people inexplicably walk off and leave the queue, and then four empty taxis arrive all at once, and then the last person in front of her turns to her and says, "Why don't you go first? I am waiting for my husband." And so my wife gets the cab).
