GREAT article...dead on!

As for me....mine are only a slight variation of what was written in the article. (Tangent...Did you write that? Would you consider being a guest writer on my website and posting it there??)

But I use different vernacular because I'm "religious". I get up early...not as early as STEVE... But 6ish. Pray, read scripture and other religious material. Then move into personal development reading (10-15 min). Write in my journal to bring everything I want to change, do or be into the conscious part of my mind. It's one of the best things you can do to clarify your emotions and goals (journaling). Drink a protein shake or fresh juice. Work out (in nature if possible) while listening to my recorded LifeVision. (my 35 minute recording on my ipod that defines my perfect life with all the emotion, action plan, when, by-when and motives!)

I get accused of having a perfect life way too often. But I attribute it to following a routine such as you've suggested. Message me if you want to get that article on my business blog.
