Steve, how about giving up time for 30 days. That is, get through your day without a clock, watch or anything else that lets you know what time it is. Wake up and go to bed when you feel you should. Try to make appointments, eat meals, etc. based on what time you think it is.
Maybe after 30 days you will gain better perception of time. You may become more in tune with your internal clock also. Have Erin keep track of the times you do things so that those measurements can be analyzed after the trial. Try to guess the time throughout the day and have Erin log that too.
