Good job man. You really got yourself a great coaching ability as an added benefit. Started fasting again too. I have tried it in the past; but made some big mistakes and I have learned a lot to do it more succesfully now. I have completed day 2 right now. No idea how long I will do it, since I have decided that I will take it day by day and let my energy and stress levels decide for me. Definitely not going for the 30 days, since I am already at a 10% body fat percentage and can't lose too much weight (otherwise I would definitely go for such a period this time). May do it for 3 days. May do it for 10.
Btw.. Are you really experiencing that clean, serene feeling when you wake up for instance? Hardly any morning brain-fogginess?
