If I get it right she needs to show their correspondence, their pictures together, explain how they met, how they are going to live, what she expects from the marriage and so on.
As for the education most girls have at least 5 years of University, because education in Russia has been free for quite a while (with some exception of course).
But cultural differences are great, it's true, a man needs to be patient for the first year.
