Yep I do 35 mins jogging 2-3 times a week and other workouts. I don't really like doing it but I feel sooooooo good after.
Also because I spend all day indoors I do find it hard sometimes to pick myself up so I do go out for a walk and since Dec I've been writing my goals first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
I do highly recommend doing some sort of excerise every day for a min of 20 mins.
