It kinda reminds me of my situation. I've been programming games for 10 years. It started as a hobby and I could spend all my time programming. But as time went by and lifes other responsibilities came knocking on the door I've been feeling less and less enthusiastic about programming.
I'm rarely connected with the feeling that comes with doing what you love any more. I allow too many distractions to drag my attention away from what I want to do. Right now I don't know if making games is a good life for me. And that's despite having no other interests at all.
