I lost heaps of fat by not eating at night. i.e about 5 hours before you go to sleep. You can eat at night if you want however keep it 0 fat and sugars. Fresh Fruit and vegetables are ok. I was going to say Carbohydrates however transcendence made a post here which I never heard off before, that is very interesting actually I learnt from that. I have always been told by doctors and nutritionists to cut Carbs down but I guess experts have different theories. What I can say is cutting carbs down and not eating carbs at night did help me loose fat.
