Default Calorie Restriction

Hope it is not too late to suggest one!

I think Steve (and us) would love a calorie restriction 30 days trial, i did it last year and never stopped.

How it would work:

- Set an amount of calories per day that would make you lose around 0.5 - 1 pound a week, i believe for Steve this would be around 1900 kcals
- Achieve, within the defined amount of calories, > 100% of the RDAs for all vitamins and minerals, paying extra attention to the "balances" (like of omega-3 and omega 6, zinc and cooper,..) (Easy using CRON-o-Meter, an open and free software you can download from sourceforge)
- Pay attention to the protein, fat, carbs ratio (choose one, and follow)
- Read all the science behind :-) (very, very interesting and they are all on pubmed)
