I'm with Conn Stell on this one.
However, at this stage I wouldn't worry too much about starting a business. Just work hard and save hard. Invest in property as soon as you can.
Learn to monitor your income/expenses like a hawk. Managing your money sounds basic - but far too many people really haven't a clue about how to do it.
