I guess you can find books on both sides of the argument, and you can find research on both sides as well.

That's life. This is why we all have to do what's best for us. Personally, I think cutting out all grains is ridiculous. However, you may want to do it and feel great about it. I'd try sprouted and raw grains, beans and lentils before cutting any out!
