A new update here, I would have done it yesterday, but I got up late, so I had to do some of the stuff written here, in stead of writing about them.

Reading more continually
Well it seems like I've finally got a grip, and I've started reading with more ease, not really needing to go through a whole motivate process, not needing to explain to myself why I study, not needing to tell myself what I expect of the future. Recently it's been more like when I was younger, and I did it, because I knew I had to, not questioning the motives, knowing it was what that was best for me.

Make a habit of getting up when the alarm clock goes off
Like last week this is still going pretty much on and off, it pretty much depends on wether or not I get to sleep early enough, and I don't have trouble sleeping. Usually I've no trouble after I take an evening bath, having a glass of water, have been to the toilet, and reading before until I get to tired to read on. Luckily getting up late hasn't been to bad recently because at least I get some work done.

Get a habit of going to the gym, and following the program I have.
Well I was at the gym recently, but else I haven't been there for a long time, I really hope to go tomorrow. Though I've no training buddy waiting for me, so it might get hard, well let's see what the future holds.

Make a habit of eating what I've written in my diet
This is going pretty well.

Make a habit of turning off the computer at 20:30
Compared to last week, this is going a lot better, yet not optimalt, though a lot better.

So I should probably start making some statistics again, so you can see the pattern of when I get up in the morning, and when I turn of the computer, I'll see if I can get that done in a two weeks.

Regards OBO
