Well, I never really had much muscle, haha, so I think initially it was water weight. I probably will gain some back, but I plan to offset it with a much better diet and an exercise routine. I am going to check out an introductory
CrossFit class tomorrow morning, as that 21 lbs I lost, I never want to find again!
I mixed it up between distilled and spring water as after 2 weeks the taste of distilled water got too...battery-like for me.
On a side note, my Vitamix arrived today, but was broken

Luckily VitaMix is based in Cleveland so I can exchange it on Monday. Still a bummer though as I wanted to make a smoothie tomorrow.
