That was a pretty balanced article. I'm shocked and pleased. (Quick side note, in the future please just link to the story because posting it in its entirety is copyright infringement. You can post like a paragraph but not the whole thing).
A lot of people who initially go vegan just eliminate items but don't replace them with healthy alternatives. You can get plenty of protein and iron and calcium on a vegan diet.
