I imagine you don't want to be my guinea pig, but I would be really interested to know how rapidly it's possible to build your fitness.
You can currently do 36 push-ups. Using all the physical and mental tools at your disposal could you increase that to, say, 50 in a month? And make similar improvements in other fitness benchmarks?
