Than it doesn't seem that the goal of that action is generating the 10 million $ but seeing how much money I can make using reviews.

Either you think that you can get to your goal with them or they are ineffected as measured by your goal.
Making a goal and persuing it isn't the only possible thing you can do, most blogs don't have an income goal like this.
On the other hand setting a goal like this and not persuing it is inauthentic. Being inauthentic is the worst thing that you can be as a blogger.
