mehelp,

Trezker and Mato Kinze have stated that it is easier said than done. I say it will depend on how much animosity you feel towards someone. I have been aware of this 'aspect' of my awakening for quite some time. Everyone tries to be all 'sweetness and light' but the truth is it is almost akin to witchcraft, you can smite those you don't like and send love to those that you do like. But what you need to remember is that they can do the same. Therefore it is much better to go the 'sweetness and light' route. Because we do get back what we give out.

Right thinking is positive thinking and wrong thinking is negative thinking. Right thinking brings more of what we want and less of what we don't want. Like Mato Kinze said, there are some good books out there but we can't all afford these books. If that is the case then even a little book of positive affirmations read at least once a day will help you to feel more compassion for those around you.
