What I'm currently doing is quite simple: I stand up every morning and live my life. that's how I learn all (or nearly all) of my life's lessons and eventually become a better person. And I
blog about it to encourage others.
But I guess that's not really what you wanted to know. When I think about it, I nearly have no daily habits that contribute to becoming a better or healthier person. In fact I'm currently living a quite unhealthy life - at least physical -, while my emotional state is steadily increasing - and mostly because I'm turning my life around in a very big way at the moment. Although this can be very hard from time to time, I'm thrilled by what difference as little as one hour of work a day can make in my life as well as the lives of a growing group of readers of my
blog.
