Spiritually, I spend quiet time each morning praying and reading my Bible.
Physically, I exercise at least three times per week
Mentally, I've developed a love for learning and an attitude of gratitude.
Emotionally, I use everyday as an opportunity to master my emotional reaction to what happens in my life (this is a real challenge at times)
Most importantly, I love humor. A good belly laugh goes a long way.
