Hi joethejoeguy,

I guess one way you can track anything is to keep a log or a journal. If you were training for an athletic event or any endeavor you'd have to have something to measure your progress.

If you don't enjoy writing or keeping track just be conscious about where you were and how far you've come in your attitudes, mindset and how you generally feel on a day to day basis.
