Personally, I prefer foods that are whole (not processed), fresh, and organically grown. Mostly I eat what appeals to me and appeals to my husband, since he cooks. I pay attention to what makes me feel good and which foods have consequences. Most of the things that have consequences are processed, many of which we rarely, if ever, eat anymore. When we include meat, it's usually organic, free range, or wild.
