I image stream every morning for five minutes on a challenge. I also listen to some paraliminals. Or I'll listen to Eckhart Tolle. Depends on what I feel I need to do. I'm not a fan of too much structure, or at least I feel that won't help me at the moment. I review my written goals. It's funny, I'm achieving them very fast because I get into a great mindstate for most of the day and review my goals. Stuff just starts happening for me, right action arises out of present moment awareness.

I imagine myself being a genius at whatever I'm doing. This goes for physical activity, homework, etc. This is a great habit I've just started and really helps. The image streaming also seems to make me think faster. It also makes my thoughts less useless and repetitive - more new and creative thoughts arise.

Currently my daily habits are in a state of evolution so I'll keep ya posted on what works for me!
