Meditate at least once for 25-40 minutes. This started off a couple of years ago as a chore now it's the first thing I do every morning after (rather sadly) checking my e-mails and putting the coffee on. I love it and it just gets better and better.
Blog. Almost every day anyway. All my best stuff is there on my blog and it alllows me to clarify my thoughts and jot down ideas that would otherwise wander the empty corridors of my mind eventually slipping into the room marked "Oblivion' never to be heard from again.
Eat - Highly recommended.
Have a green drink and protein shake each morning as well as multivitamins.
Workout about 5 times per week. Mainly CV work but some weights too when I'm not feeling too lazy.
