Here's another idea:

Eat crap for 30 days.

Meaning, eat like McDonalds, fastfoods, cakes, chocolates, twinkies, pizza, pop, just junk like crazy...

Here's the twist though...

While eating it, visualize or try to believe that the food is good for you...

See what happens for 30 days.
