Those are some great ideas. I like Angela's idea of infusing love into all his conversations. That would be a very high vibrational thing to do.
I also liked the idea of talking to strangers once a day. That's something I would totally love to do. Maybe i'll swipe that idea if Steve doesn't want it.
A 30 day vow of silence... that would be so interesting. I would always get the last word. rofl. I would yabber his ear off!
I also like the one about going to an assisted living center and talking to someone twice your age. Very thought provoking and interesting.
