Question Movement efficiency/usage

How about working on movement/body usage efficiency for 30 days, as applied to your every day activities such as walking, sleeping, gym workouts, preparing meals, using the computer.

Use techniques such as Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Method, Yoga, even tapping etc. Choose a selection of techniques that best resonate with you and locate experts that give lessons, read books/sites etc.

You could blog about how your improved usage affects mental clarity, energy levels, strength, fitness etc
