Actually I found an old food log from March 28, 2007 where I recorded the exact ratios I was eating. At least on that day, I was getting 22% of calories from fat, 10% from protein, and 68% from carbs. I had a muffin and some cereal and fruit for breakfast and brown rice for lunch and dinner. That's pretty typical of how I was eating back then -- lots of grains.
