I usually lose 15lbs in the first week of dieting. It's from glycogen/water loss, because I have a large amount of muscle. It's normal for anyone who reduces calories to a significant degree to lose what you lost.
What is my secret? Eat less. On any type of diet whatsoever, just eat less and exercise more. I've done it on all sorts of diets.
