well man..its all a combination of things..cant loose weight if you dont exercise..so that it the first thing..eat more times a day less amount and try to eat healthier dont get craizy about counting carbs or obsessivly watching what you eat..that will make you gain wait..just be you...dont get frustrated..dont expect to see results for at least 3 months..
