reading about all the fruits and veggies has made me crave them, which has lead to an interesting new personal diet theory-- instead of "cutting back" on carbs like grains, etc., I have simply added more fruits and veggies (thereby reducing my cravings for unhealthier carbs). Thanks for stirring up the cravings, Steve! Maybe this is the start of the "Abundance Diet". Actually, maybe leave off the "Diet".
