i'm going to try decreasing my fat to around 10% for a week as well and see how it effects me. i don't eat a lot of fat as it is now, but i generally eat at least a half of an avocado, if not a whole avocado daily. i don't eat as many calories as you because i'm a woman (usually about 1300-1500) but i'm realizing that avocado puts me over the edge everyday. it will have to make a huge difference for me to give up my daily avocado, but i'm willing to test it out for 7 days.
