I've been to Sweden and i never saw any okra at any of the regular food stores like Co op or IPA(? It's been a while I don't remember if i have the correct intials here). I wasn't in Stockholm or any other big cities, but I'd imagine you'd find more variety at a health food store or a produce store. I don't think Okra is widely grown in Europe. It grows well in the American south where i live. There isn't comparable climate in Europe. But I would say go somewhere that has people who know about vegetables.
