I don't have much to say, I hope it all works out for you. In my experience it is never a good thing to back peddle. In one sense that is what you would be doing, going backwards. People change. Your friends may have changed and moved on and you might not fit in back at your old school. Sorry, I just wanted you to be aware of that possibility.
