From what I hear, those last ten pounds are frustrating! You can try upping your exercise, but a lot of people find that, if they stay consistent, even though they haven't lost those last pounds for a month -- it will all suddenly start to melt away. Just keep up with what you're doing.
I don't remember if you have to be a member or not, but the Shape magazine online forums are a lot of help with stuff like that. There's a lot of people there that are going through or have gone through exactly that.
