Using other people's scripts is not worth it in the long run. They never do exactly what you need them to, then you end up in a situation where you have to hire someone to tweak them. Then you are out time, money, and you still haven't learned anything except how to hire someone else.
I don't mean to say that there aren't
any out of the box solutions, there are a few. But as a rule if you're going to grab scripts you should know the language they are written in so you can modify them to suit your needs accordingly. Also so you have the option of being original.
