Joe. 200g seemed to be the minimum based on which days 6 - 13 Steve felt well. I aim for about 1 lb of greens per day (455g). I prefer the darker ones (kale, collards, spinach, swiss chard, dandelion, mache, arugala, etc.) and believe it is important to eat a wide variety of different types. Kale is my favorite.
