With proper nutrition, I believe it's not only possible but totally achievable to lose 0.5-1.0lbs per day. You start out quick (around 1lb / day) and as you get closer to your ideal weight you get closer to about 0.5lbs/day or so. |
I think the burden of proof sits squarely on your shoulders. If time persists, I am willing to crack out the references. It will not be a difficult search.
