tbh, I haven't really "decided" whether to attempt growing one or not, because I don't think I could handle it, and it would feel weird if I ever kissed a woman or something.
Maybe I was just feeling paranoid in the OP, due to lack of personal experience.

I don't think I have the "babyface" look, but I look virtually unchanged since my early childhood, it might be hard to distinguish my 1st grade school photo with my 11th grade one.
