Let me be a meanie in my first post. You aren't getting enough roots and leaves in this diet. Have you tried some variety like turnips, jicama, raw corn, grapes, spinach, sweet onion, cabbage, brussels sprouts, beets, mushrooms? Make time to find some actual recipes (like raw tomato soup, raw coleslaw) to add some
variety.
Add fresh herbs to your meals too. Parsley, mint, basil, etc.
