I use Centerpointe Holosync and it has worked and is still working: 4-1/2 years down, approx 3-4 more to go. It is effective for me and would likely be for you.
***As I wrote elsewhere:
"Why do we want to succeed, what is the intention? Do we have a view behind that all, where we want to go?***
My intention was to get rich. I chased it for a while, went through a LOT of self-help stuff. I started (gasp) with Tony Robbins and Napoleon Hill way way back and evolved from there. I no longer have any desire to chase money or enlightenment. There is only right now and it is perfectly perfect.
***I think that the view: “I want to be happy and in peace with all around me and my life”, is not enough. ***
And for now, for you, it isn't.
***At least, for me, it’s not enough! I want to know that I go somewhere, somewhere really meaningfull and not only to “happiness”.***
Even chasing happiness is an attachment and a desire. Desire leads to suffering........
***That talk about “I want to be more aware, to be peacefull etc” seems very egoistic to me. And it would never be enough for me. ***
If you think you are the body, that is egoistic. If you think you are the mind, that is egoistic.
***But it is also not enough, I think, to just turn to other people in order “to do good to them”. I see there is something behind that (the inner and outer world, me and “them”,) or connecting that. And to attain *this*, is my goal, nothing else."***
There is only this moment. And this moment. This fan on my computer whirring. This sound of me typing.
***I think brainwaves cannot do the ultimate step. ***
Thinking will not get you over the threshhold. Experiencing may.
***I think they are able to help you arise your awareness, but not as far as some seem to think. Because the ultimate step, and this is my opinion for now, is in your willingness.***
If you listen to 8+ years of holosync and pay the silly expensive sum to do it, I'd say you are willing to some extent. Apparently some are able to be enlightened by asking the question "who am I?" over and over. Or stating "I am" and seeing the reaction.
I would also ask, how do you know? Until you have tried, how do you know?
