EFT works brilliantly! It works very well for emotional/trauma issues, and their symptoms. Sometimes pain is a symptom of underlying problems and dealing with them causes the pain to disappear. Sometimes you can just tap on the pain itself directly.
Results vary depending on how you're using it and specifics of what you're working on - there are plenty of tips and tricks I've learnt through experience for when "it doesn't work". EFT Practitioners (like me!) and the EFT website are great places to find how to make it work for whatever you need. It's not always a one-minute fix though. I've heard it said that 5-15% get no improvement - but there is usually a reason for this and in the end it comes down to the skill and experience of the practitioner. EFT is just a tool, how you use it is far more important. |
